Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans
1 cup Corn Grilled or charred works best
1 Tomato or a few small romas
1 half Red Onion diced
1 Jalapeno Pepper Seeded and Diced
1 cup Cilantro chopped
1 Lime
Directions
Drain and rinse black beans. Combine with corn in a large bowl.
Seed and dice tomato and jalapenos. Add to bowl along with diced red onion.
Add chopped cilantro and the juice of 1 lime to bowl. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours or overnight for best results.
