Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Bannana
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 Tsbp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Pecans chopped
Directions
Combine banana, oats, milk, syrup, cider, baking powder, vanilla, and salt (optional) in blender or food processor.
Pour batter from blender onto hot griddle. Push blueberries into the tops of pancakes equally spread apart. Flip pancakes once they begin to bubble and start to turn golden brown on bottom.
Serve pancakes with chopped pecans and strawberries or other fresh fruit.
